This rebate review is being conducted by PriMedia on behalf of the Upgrade & Save Energy Efficiency and Safety Rebate Program and your local NORA-affiliated Oilheat association.
Your participation in this review is voluntary. Reviews may be completed and submitted anonymously. The Review sponsors will send each respondent a $25 gift card, upon submission of a completed review form with contact name and address. Anonymous submissions waive any right to the $25 gift card thank you.
Any personal information submitted will be kept completely confidential. PriMedia will neither share your information with any other parties, nor utilize your information to spam you in any way. Respondents providing an email address may be contacted for additional clarification of their answers.
Responses will be aggregated to provide a greater understanding of the value of the Upgrade & Save Rebate program. Aggregated data may be used in reporting to the local NORA-affiliated Oilheat association; and made available or presented to industry members; local, state and national law makers; and/or the general public.
